What is Accelerated Learning? This is where your journey begins. Our training methods help participants grow, create and design classes, demonstrate skills, practice tasks and skill retention, evaluate peers, and have peers evaluate the trainer. Finally, the group evaluates the training session, often called an After-Action Review (AAR). Participants improve cognitive function and motivation, along with communication skills, team building, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
This is the Army's 360-degree training methodology. Participants prepare and plan their training session and design a lesson plan or a POI (Program of Instruction).
